Maven Trading and Installation WLL offer Trosten Hygienic AHU’s. Trosten’s Hygiene Air Handling Units complies to VDI 6022 Part 1:2011 & DIN 1946 Part 4:2008 standards tested at TUV lab in Germany. Various configurations can be offered with different type of heat recovery options like Recuperator, Heat Pipe heat recovery & Run around coils. Components like UVC lamp, Hepa filter, EC fans, plug fans can be provided. Hygiene Air Handling Units are constructed out of snap-fix (screw less) casing technology, providing smooth finish for the ease of cleaning the internal surfaces. Filters are in accordance with ISO16890. Microbial inertness is compiled in accordance with ISO 846 for nylon and gasket parts and VOC free Coil coating. Ideal applications include maintain sterile conditions in pharmaceutical industries, Surgical Operating Rooms, Isolation Rooms and Food Processing Industries.

- Casing made of aluminium or stainless steel sheet and snap fix (screw-less) panel construction.
- All hardwares and fasteners shall be of stainless steel material.
- Drainpan shall be of stainless steel – SS 316 construction.
- Direct driven plug / EC fans.
- Heat recovery options with plate type heat exchanger, heat pipe heat recovery, run around coils etc.
- The gaskets and plastic parts used should be of microbial inertness complying to ISO846.
- Major components like fan, motor, coil etc. shall be withdrawable type.
- UV lamp, Hepa filter etc. options available.
